Firstly, why are you here?

I used to be a sweet guy who wrote to impress everyone. I wanted validation as a teenager, sue me! However, now I rant.

What does a Baman cis-gendered man need to rant about, you ask?

A lot of things actually. I work in news media, which is reportedly the fourth pillar of Indian democracy. It is infested with UC uncles and with that comes casteism, homophobia, transphobia, Islamophobia, misogyny and bad writing. So, to stop myself from losing my job where I serve at the pleasure of older Bamans, I come here to rant.

Why should you read what I wrote?

Well, you need not. At one point, this blog was something that aspired to be quirky and universal. Most of my readers were from the West who could relate to my love for pizza, pop culture or sport. However, here I will abuse Bamans for their leech-like behaviour and hope they suffocate in their own poop.

Why a blog, not a diary?

I want to show my friends (yes, I have many. Don’ be jealous) my thoughts and want critique on my writing. As a Baman man, I have a fragile ego and they have learnt to get through to me without offending my sensibilities. Thanks.
